And because milk is our passion, we know that this highly demanding and microbiologically sensitive product requires not just any filling equipment, but a precise ultra-clean machine, supplier with all necessary hygienic systems for decontamination that keep the product clean and unchanging from its entering the machine all the way through its capping in the bottle.
Sayana is a trade mark of Bulgarian producer Milky Group Bio, renowned for their aim at using only fresh and clean raw materials from certified dairies and selected bacteria from clean cultures and milk ferments. The company applies the same high standards in the process of quality control and distribution of the always fresh and delicious products in the retail chain.
Sayana, packaged by our machines, is represented by two products – fresh yogurt from selected farms, with a guaranteed quality and delivered in PET bottles from 0,5L and 1L, and delicious ayran in bottles of 0,3L and 0,5L.
The configuration is fed with bottles by an air conveyor IND-Trans 71A and directed towards the flowmetric triblock АssetClean RRFC 12/8/4 of a 4000 bottles per hour capacity. The packaging is arranged through a sleeve labeller IND-Lab 38 and a stack machine IND-Pack 29, while the transportation of the filled bottles is taken care of by IND-Trans 71.
